Im currently looking for someone (boy or girl)to take over my lease, from april to august of this year because ill be going to army. =( The rent will be 380 excluding utilities. There are currently 5 other (american) roommates living there, 3 girls and 2 boys. They are very friendly and take it as a perfect opportunity to speak english rather than korean the rest of your stay in america. I already paid the last month rent so the rent for august will be free. The room is already furnished with a bed, table and closet. The house also has a washer and dryer so no need to pay $1.25 each time you do your laundry. =)

제가 군대를 가게 되서, 4월부터 8월까지 제 써블리지 할 사람을 구하고 있습니다

한달 렌트 비는 380 불이고 현재 5명 미국 룸메이트들 ( 남자 둘, 여자 셋) 이 살고 있습니다.

아주 친절하고 미국 사는 동안 영어를 많이 사용하고 연습할 수 있는 기회라고 생각합니다.

제가 지난 달 렌트는 이미 내서 8월 렌트는 공짜입니다. 방은 침대랑 테이블, 옷장이 다 갖춰져 있습니다.

지하실에 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 매주 1.25 를 내지 않아도 됩니다 :)
