I am an exchange student from Korea, who currently is a temporary residense in Value Place.

I just found this place when I got here occasionally and I can say I am quite lucky to stay here.

The good things here are

1) you don't need buy for anything for living, since rooms there are all equipped.

2) The price includes all utility costs including internet service.

I had good time there and definitely recommend here to people who would like to stay here for a temporary reason.

You can contact the GM, Kellie who is nice and courteous anytime.

And she offered the promotion to any of students from OSU, which costs them with lower price.
