Asking $1,200 monthly (negotiable) if you are Korean student family with student visa, otherwise, $1,500.

OSU 15 - 20 min, Columbus State 12 - 15 min.

Saraga 5 min.

Easton Mall and COSTCO 15 min.

 

A dog is allowed, if you can keep it outside all year round. There is a prety large and good dog house outside. No cat allowed.

 

We have used that house for about 10 years since we bought it.

Last year we came to Akron, Ohio, recenly our sons moved to other states for jobs, so, the house is vacant now. We are looking for a good student couple who will take good care of our house.

 

You can enjoy vegetable garden. Chives (Boo-choo) and green onions are always there. You don't have to plant, but you have to take care of them, otherwise, it won't produce much. You can plant perilla (ggat-ip). They will grow well.

You can also enjoy playing the piano (Yamaha)

You have to mow the lawn. There is a riding mower (Zero-turn)

 

Bring cars in and out is easy.

You can enjoy fireplace during winter.

220 volt outlets in the kitchen, main bedroom, and in the basement.

Owners are Korean couple.
